The design has an expression similar to a political pamphlet with sharp, simple typography. When you open the cover you discover a hidden photo, a figurative translation of how the book reveals the hidden agendas of the areas transformation.
Photos of the original residents of the area have a dominant part in the book and is displayed in the beginning of the book as an extensive and purely visual photo introduction.
